I really love this workout , it’s so simple to do it, but it’s really tough for beginner. How can I make my body use to it or strengthen, so I can do this cardio workout.

I FREAKIN HATE PLANKS!!!!!!! but they work haha

  9. smdarkknight says:

  10. hgfjvtyers says:

how long do you do the plank for?

I would encourage you to try the abs diet by david zinczenko. I’ve been following it loosely for 2 weeks now, and it’s working really well. it focuses on feeding your body with healthy foods so that you gain muscle and shed fat. he also has muscle building exercises, but i just follow the 30-day shred for now. I do it every morning while my daughters eat breakfast. working like a charm. you can get a good idea of what it entails by just googling it. healthy and happiness!

That’s the problem- to lose weight you need to eat, otherwise your body will go into a storing fat mode, or endurance mode. that’s why starving doesn’t work! You need to eat a very healthy diet. :)

  13. ToneItUpcom says:

A 30-60 minute ride is a great start!! You can work up to longer as your endurance increases.

  14. act4life8 says:

do you ever go on a bike ride?
how long would you have to go on a bike ride since around my house its mostly flat/down hill and not that hard?

  15. SuperNaturalMotel says:

I would love if you could give me advice!!
I always watch your vids, and been dieting now for about 4 months, but just can’t lose any weight, and I mean i’m eating at most 500 calories a day now!
I’m 20, but was extremely skinny back at 18, I would have only eaten a piece of fruit a day then! My body just clings to anything i eat now! I’m vegetarian but, what exercises and food should I be looking at to get back to an average weight? Thanks!

  19. PlamsisRippin says:

Yah I already am working out I’m freshman and I workout like 5-6 days a week my only bad thing is eating I can’t stop craving chips but i’m really thin so Its okay..

  20. ToneItUpcom says:

Thank you! I workout about 5 days a week. At least 1 hour of cardio daily (run, bike, and/or swim), weight train 3 days/wk, and yoga two days/wk. My diet is also very clean, but I admit I have my cheat days!!!

Awesome! In my next life I’ll hang out with the athletic trainers instead of the nurses. Although catching up to them would be a feat in itself.
