this is great, especially if you do it twice through. make sure you stretch your abs by doing the seal stretch afterwards.

machines are awful.. they only work one muscle and if you’re trying to get in shape i would hope you’re going for total body fitness which exercises like this provide you..

im 15 im not that tall (about 5′6”) and i can bench 145 nd i only weigh less than that….if you want to get toally ripped join swimming at ur school its the best workout program ever…at my school we go weights in the morning and 3 hour practices after shcool i know that sounds like a lot but u get jacked
BS 1 minute aint enough to roast the abs. the best ab workout by far is 8 minute abs. ive been doing it everyday and ive seen results
