You have to do cardio to burn stout….. You could do all the ab excercises you want, if you dont decrease your BMI, body stout…You will never reckon it over results….
@TheXFrame i agree with you a excellent bit. diet is a enormous part in being competent to SEE the abs, but you need to do gut ripping exercises to get on to the ab muscles larger and extra profound. abs are fantastic but not as impressive if they are wimpy.( also tons of cardio.)

@bogie74 In fact the most accurate measurements you can use is the combination of the scale, caliper and the mirror. BMI aren’t very accurate.
